It all started with my Dad and his family born in Sumpter, SC who ran there own Myers fish frying business for the last 30 years in Paterson NJ. The customers and our family fell in love with his southern style and quality taste. Where known all over  for being the best at frying pretty much anything but mainly our fish and chicken.  My dad past his secret recipe for frying his chicken down to me when he past away. I'm very hands on, clean and chicken is made fresh and cooked to order daily.
